The project was designed for the City of El Paso and involved the reconstruction of six downtown streets.
The project consisted of PS&E for approximately 8,700 lineal feet including drainage structures, illumination, traffic signals, signing and striping, basement reconstruction, and public involvement. Located in the heart of downtown, design/construction phasing was prepared to include the continuous operation of all streets, and continuous access to all merchants. As a TxDOT project that was let by the City of El Paso, CEA was responsible for the preparation and submittal of all documentation and compliance with the Local Government Project Procedures.
